Refund Policy
inertia Premium is a digital product. We do not offer refunds.
No refunds
All inertia Premium purchases are final, both the €2.99 monthly subscription and the €11.49 lifetime purchase. We do not issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, unused time, or accidental purchases. Cancelling a subscription stops all future charges, and your perks stay active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available unless explicitly approved by the inertia team at their sole discretion. Do not assume an exception will be made. Requests from accounts that have breached our Terms of Service will not be considered.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback will result in permanent removal of your inertia Premium access and a ban from the bot. If something looks wrong with a charge, contact us in the Discord support server first.
By purchasing
You acknowledge that inertia Premium is a digital product that activates on your Discord account within a minute of checkout, and you agree to this refund policy at the time of purchase.
